Open hyperlinks within Proofs
It would be useful for reviewers to be able to click on and test any urls embedded within a proof (such as pdf).

Dashboards: open Reports in new window
Is it possible to change the behavior of the dashboard so that if a chart item links to a report it can open in a separate window? Currently, when clicking on a chart it replaces the dashboard. For instance, want to hold the Ctrl key while clicking on the chart and having it load in a separate window. Thank you.

Apply Column Formatting (Percent and currency) Using Global Updates
Please add the ability to format a column with percent, currency, decimals, etc using global updates.
It would be nice to be able to configure when creating the global update in the control center.
At minimum, column format should be included when I run a global update on a column I've already added to my template.

Automation - Trigger when date and time reached - change time to 15 min increment
When building automations, the handiest way to test is to set the automation to trigger when a date/time are reached. However, only having the option to set for the hour (6:00, 7:00, 8:00, etc), means that after testing, and discovering a tweak needs to be made, one must wait until the next hour to test again. This results in delays to completion of projects, especially when multiple tests must be completed. It would be nice to be able to set the date/time reached with any time, or at least 15 min increments (6:00, 6:15, 6:30, etc). This would save significant time in project development.

Meet Katy Hall, our March Member Spotlight! 🎉
Scream, shout, let it all out for our Member Spotlight this month, Community Champion @Katy H! Katy is such a special, shining presence in this space, and you'll see what I mean as you read on.
Katy lives in Los Angeles, California and is the Head of Product Management for ILLA Canna. As a startup, Katy was introduced to Smartsheet when she was looking for a way to streamline documentation and project management, ensuring company goals were achieved.
Not only did she accomplish this, but she also delivered strategic transformation, changing how her team stays on the pulse of things. "We use Smartsheet to manage many of our project improvements," Katy says. "A great example is our stage-gate product development. Smartsheet helps us make quick decisions to stay relevant and not fall behind on industry trends or new ideas."
When it comes to features, Katy loves formulas, as they help her power the rest of her favorite features, like notifications, metric sheets, or conditional formatting. "My favorite formula combination is INDEX(DISTINCT(COLLECT())) which I use to create 'self-building' metric sheets when working with dynamic data sheets," she explains.
Community is critical to Katy's success at work, and she credits the Smartsheet Community in particular with helping her learn the product. With her recent induction to the Community Champions, she now gets to pass that on to others.
When Katy isn't helping others or working at ILLA Canna, she's an avid tie dye and fiber artist! "It's a good counterbalance to my analytical brain," she says. "I do, however, use Smartsheet to track my process, inventory, customer design requests, and anything else I can think of! No matter what I'm doing, there is always a Smartsheet involved." From email name for smartsheet automations
There should be an option to set a FROM display name for email from smartsheet automation.
Now, these come from "owner via smartsheet" and are confusing, often unrelated to the purpose, not relevant to the form intake workflow, and are a security concern.
When can this be addressed?

Adding "and" Option to Automation Workflow Trigger
I would like to have the option to change the trigger section in an automation workflow to and instead of or to create a conditional trigger.
In the Conditions portion below the trigger, you can change the condition to be and/or as shown by the blue colored text. Adding and to the Trigger section would help simplify our existing automation workflows.

Data Label Formatting Options for Pie Charts
I would love it if I could change the font size and position of pie chart data labels. I'd like the position options to include the current default (which appears to be Center) as well as Inside-End. Combined, these two items would allow us to minimize label values from neighboring slices bleeding together and becoming illegible. See the attached image for how it currently looks in Smartsheet v. when I can adjust labels' font size and location.

Re: Share Data Shuttle Workflows
I feel this is greatly needed. I am scheduled to leave my position and would like to transfer the data shuttle workflows (over 50) to another person. Without this function, the person has to go in and rebuild each data shuttle workflow which is very time consuming with all the filters built into each one.
