Importing Dates from Excel into Smartsheet
I'm creating a new Smartsheet Grid by importing from an Excel. 3 of the columns in my Excel are formatted as Dates in Excel. However, when the Grid gets created, these 3 columns show up as "Text/Number" fields. Is there any way to get around this?

why are my emails not being sent in an automation?
I am putting automations in a sheet, and the email piece of a couple of them are not sending. I have automations in this sheet and others that do send emails. And the other items in the automations are running, just not the emails. What could be going on?

Can you Log a Cell In time?
Within my project sheet I have formulas set up to show me the present of Target duration vs actual completion date. The parentage in cell will change as we close out projects. Is there a way to track/Log this cell as it changes so that I can create a line graph to see our patterns over time?
