CountIF "No" or Blank
Hi Smartsheet community, Trying to create a formula that counts the number of cells that are blank or have "No" in them. It is a dropdown column with only two choices, "Yes" and "No", so I tried =COUNTIF([ColumnName]:[ColumnName], <> "Yes"), but that gives me 0

My project management has a sheet for scheduled work. We have a color associated with each job according to who the technician is do it. Is there a way to add patterns to the lines as well to determine who is managing the job too?

Column headers not aligned
My column headers recently became misaligned. I have attached a screenshot. This is only happening on some of my sheets but not all. Any time that I create a new sheet this happens as well. I am working on a Mac and using Safari. Note: When I use Chrome on the same Mac, I do not experience this issue.
