I am literally new to Smart sheet and feel very lost. I am trying to send out a form for meetings and then they would reply on SS as to wheather they were going to attend or not? I am notified of changes and the responses go to a different row and it does not show date of response or a name? What am I doing wrong?

Formula for Date column based on status change
I'm looking to create a formula to automatically put a date in a column based upon certain statuses in a dropdown menu. For example, I would like that day's date to populate when the status is 1, 2, or 3 but not 4 or 5 (we have about 10 different statuses in our actual list). Is this something that is possible?Ā

Lookup function in Countifs statement?
In my sheet I have a list of projects with various statuses and I need to do summary numbers by month and reduce the number of statuses to 2 (scheduled and unscheduled). I know how to do this if I use the Lookup function to populate a column with the converted statuses, then use Countifs to get the numbers for each month.ā¦

Summary Cells & Adding Rows
If I understand Smartsheets correctly, all formulas must reside within the sheet where the data exists meaning, if I want to display a metric or a total on a Sights Dashboard or Report respectively, I cannot. So, what do you recommend I do to create summary cells on a sheet where rows will be continuously added?
