I have a column of% Complete (% Complete) and a Task Completion (ENDDATE)

I would like to generate the following conditions:

1. Green if 100% of the task is complete and it has been given on the estimated date (which is equal to or less than today)

2. Yellow if it is between 51% and 99% complete as of today

3. Red if the advance is less than 50% and the date is today

Your help is greatly appreciated.

at the moment "Status" is a drop down menu and we are manually selecting the status.

Thanks

]]>Some of these solutions can be made more efficient or condensed into fewer but larger formulas. I am still going through these working on making them more efficient and tweaking them, but all of them have been used as working solutions.

I thought it would be helpful to have them all in one place instead of spread out.

I welcome all feedback, suggestions, and additions.

I'll start by posting the published sheets to the solutions. If it is a solution to another community post, it will have a hyperlink to the original post which may help with context. Some are 12 hour clocks and others are 24 hour clocks. Some involve dates and others do not.

I will also try to post various tips and tricks as I think of them as well such as:

It is easier to convert the hours for 12 hour times to 24 hour times before attempting to do further calculations:

=VALUE(LEFT([Time Column]@row, FIND(":", [Time Column]@row) - 1)) + IF(CONTAINS("p", [Time Column]@row), IF(VALUE(LEFT([Time Column]@row, FIND(":", [Time Column]@row) - 1)) <> 12, 12), IF(VALUE(LEFT([Time Column]@row, FIND(":", [Time Column]@row) - 1)) = 12, -12))

Can you calculate time in Smartsheet?

Conversion of timezones (Solved Formula Included)

Flagging a Date and Time Overlap

]]>=COUNTIFS(MONTH({Ankeny Repair Range 4} = 1) AND (YEAR({Ankeny Repair Range 4}, =2020)))

The error message I get is this...

#UNPARSEABLE

Honestly I've tried this formula so many different ways I don't know what is the correct function to use.I do know that I am missing the IFERROR() part as welll since some of the dates are blank within the range.

Any help is very much appreciated - thank you!

]]>For Current Week I'm using the following formula, which is working fine:

=IF(AND(YEAR(TODAY()) = YEAR(ChangeDate@row), WEEKNUMBER(TODAY()) = WEEKNUMBER(ChangeDate@row + 1)), "CurrentWeek")

For Next Week I'm using the following formula:

=IF(AND(YEAR(TODAY()) = YEAR(ChangeDate@row), WEEKNUMBER(TODAY() + 1) + 1 = WEEKNUMBER(ChangeDate@row)), "NextWeek")

The problem is that the Next Week formula is pushing the days by 1. For example: 4/18/21 is the Sunday starting week 16. However, the formula is skipping this day and picking 4/19/21 as the first day of the week.

I have this formula that works great. I would like to add one criteria to it, however. If a new column (not currently referenced here, which contains a "priority status" (different than "status") that is "high", the dot should be red, regardless of any other critera.

=IF(OR(Status@row = "Dead", Status@row = "Closed", Status@row = "On Pause"), "Gray", IF(AND([Next Touchpoint]@row < TODAY(), OR(Status@row <> "Closed", Status@row <> "Dead")), "Red", IF(AND([Next Touchpoint]@row <= TODAY(+3), OR(Status@row <> "Closed", Status@row <> "Dead")), "Yellow", "Green")))

Thank you!
