Automation: Not Triggering when Box is Manually Flagged.
I have a simple automation but it never actually triggers. Alert 2 people (names cut from the image) if the store closed check box was flagged and the upgrade date is in the future. It never runs when I flag a line item - but the test sends it out.

Can External Users be added to Groups under USM if the security control is on?
We converted to USM. Since external users can be added to our plan (in the true-up user management console) and we have the group control that restrict groups to people who are part of the organization, can external users be added to groups?

Sheet permissions
Does a person have to be granted access to a sheet in order to complete an automated request? I was under the impression that anyone could respond to an automated request, but I just had to share a sheet with someone in order for them to complete their task. Thanks for your help

How to Highlight Duplicates in submit new hold Smartsheet (Identify Duplicates)

losing primary email address
I will be losing the primary email address i use on my smartsheet account. I own the account, it is my personal acccount but i used my employers email address when i opened this. I may leave this employer and lose that email. How do i switch it to my personal email so i dont lose my data? thanks for any help

card view in smartsheet.gov
i created a report to view in 'card view', which works fine for me. however, shared the report with my supervisor, and card view does not function. he's only able to display the information in grid. checked to ensure his card view 'display' settings were correct, which they are. any ideas?
