As rows get added & cell values change, it would great if we could automatically sort them in the sheets themselves instead of having to set up reports. Adding the ability to do this in a workflow would be a fantastic addition. Right now we have to do it manually.
Some of us work 5 days a week, others only 1 or 2 days a week. How is availability set for each member? This seems like an basic feature. Does it exist? If not. then I have no idea how to use Smartsheet for part-time members.

Option to copy questions when designing a form would allow to save time when you have to create a more complex form when you need to use several sets of the same questions with some minor changes. It would be great to just copy them than design from the scratch.
