Contact Support Cases List should include SS Tech-Generated Cases
I looked for cases that were started with a phone call and was told that these do not appear in the Contact Support Cases list. The email gave the Case #, but all the updates have to occur through email instead of being updated in the portal. Would it be a quick fix to include both the cases started in the portal and thoseβ¦

"Current User" Report filters applied to report widgets on Dashboards
Usually report filters carry over to reports in a widget on a dashboard. However, the Current User option in report filters does not carry over. Timeline Swimlanes shouldn't show if field isn't populated for items in view
customize swimlanes - "group by" feature should not show swimlane/s if that field is empty on all rows in a given filter, or at least give the option to show or hide.

Workspace Restoration upon recovery from deleted folder - suggestion
Suggestion - If a workspace was deleted then restored. It would be nice to have the fully workspace restored. Current state: Delete workspace items (sheets/reports/dashboard) are restored into the Owners sheets folder. Future state: Delete workspace are restored back into original workspace (not into owner sheets folder)

Workspace Panel opening automatically should be optional
Please add a setting where you can enable/disable the Workspace Panel automatically opening on the left panel when you open a new asset. Having it open by default and squeezing the viewable space on the sheet has been reported as a major efficiency detractor by no less than a dozen employees already.

We need the Owner (or Creator) back
The Owner column has disappeared from the Browse Menu. I recognize that Smartsheet is moving away from ownership, however, Admins, supervisors, etc. need to be able to see who is responsible for that sheet/asset for a variety of reasons.
