Proof Reminders that contain a link to the proof
Currently we can setup reminders for the approval of a proof or other details around a proof, but there is not a way to send a reminder to a person and have the reminder contain a link to the proof. It would be similar to the current notification that goes out when an approval is setup for a proof.

Outlook Add-In: Uncheck All on attachments
When using the add-in to send from Outlook to Smartsheet, if you don't want to attach and item, you have to uncheck each item. I would like a way to "Uncheck All" so that I don't have to click each item. This has become more problematic with users signatures. If they have links to their social media, sites, logos, etc...…

Add condition to Workflows related to the presence of Attachments
This is a really simple idea; there needs to be an added option for a condition in the workflow/automation builder that checks for the presence of an attachment. That is a key item for us and currently that functionality, as a condition, does not exist in the product.

Search / Filter function on Activity Log - By Row#
Would love if when viewing the activity log you could: Immediately see the row number that was changed rather than having to click on "Cells Changed" to see which row was changed Search / Filter by Row# so I can see all changes at once that were made to a specific row. Thank you! 😊 Rebecca

Custom Number Formatting in cells
It would be great to have a way to format cells to a specific set of numbers/symbols. For US social security numbers, they are always formatted the same (i.e. 123-45-6789). By not allowing that formatting, it creates just a long thread of numbers and it's hard to tell if someone has accurately entered the correct number.

Print shared user list
I would like to be able to print/export a list of shared users to a sheet, dashboard or report. The AI bot stated you have to manually write down the names. The shared user box is literally a list. Where is the easy button to print?
