Expand / Collapse by One Hierarchy Level
It would help if one could expand or collapse everything by one step only rather than expand the whole descendants at once. At present administrators can see a workflow created by another administrator, but they cannot view or edit details. Oddly, they are able to disable or delete it. Administrators need to be able to share their Salesforce Connector workflows with other administrators with edit and view permissions.

Add filter & sort for unlicensed users
Currently, we don't have the ability for unlicensed users to add their own filters and sort data. This creates a burden for the designer/owner to create every filter for every user. Unlicensed users should be able to manipulate the data in a sheet/report as they desire.
Default Drop Down Value
It would be nice if when a row is created any column with a dropdown list was able to have a default value in the cell until updated. This would help instead of having it just blank until someone updates it (such as a not started value until it is updated).
