Please allow read/write access to the utilization target via the API. I am developing an integration for a client, syncing their employees to Resource Management from their ERP system. I can sync every field they need except that one, so they will have to have some sort of manual workaround for one field.

Built in code to sustain Excel project plan hierarchy

Attachment on proofs (external URL)
Proofs shared as external URL don’t allow the users to submit attachments. For my use case, I don’t need to share the underlying sheet, nor do I want it. Could it be an improvement to enable attachments for external URL proofs?
