I think there is an opportunity to have an asset management software link with smartsheet to make maintenance management better but simplier. I think with the extreme power of reporting on smartsheets and being able to get all the data you want in one place from multiple sheets, you should be able to link the report to create a graph rather just embedding the report into your dashboard. You can do both the report embedded but create a graph with the data as well.

Ability to monitor what the utilization is of a dashboard. i.e. # of daily, weekly, monthly, and unique users that access a dashboard link. Can help to determine whether or not dashboards are valuable/worth maintaining.
