Ability to change color of milestones in gantt view
I would love to be able to set variance thresholds for tasks and activities to be red yellow or green based on if they are on track or falling behind. Adding even the capability to manually change the color of milestones would be helpful, but conditional formatting of milestones and task bars in gantt would be preferred.

Change color on a chart widget when in Bar type mode.
When I select a bar type, it defaults to a single color. It would be better to allow the user to modify the value to a different color.

Gantt Resource Limitations
Currently when you create a gantt with multiple swim lanes, the "working hours" only limits each swim lane independently and not as a project as whole.
