Add the ability to paste pictures (snapshots) into conversations
In technical discussions, visual aids are essential. Images must appear directly within the conversation alongside the textβnot as separate links. This allows readers to simultaneously read the explanation and view the corresponding snapshot, which significantly enhances understanding and clarity.
Please add a Wildcard Function
Smartsheet is missing the ability to use a wildcard (*) in it's functions. This is a valuable tool and would be incredibly helpful, please add this functionality.

Adding New Task After Setting Baseline
Smartsheet Community: Once The Baseline is Set. It Would Be Nice to Have The Ability to Add New Tasks and for those Tasks to be Added to The Baseline without Re-Setting it. Today, I have to Manual Change All the Dates. This Drastically Increase human Errors and is Very Time Consuming.

Filter for entries not in dropdown menu
A filter to see what entries have been made outside of the drop down menu would be helpful, I know there are gaps in my list so I don't want to restrict the entries but being able to identify what options need to be added would be great. Also if you could sort the drop down menu alphabetically also helpful
Tooltip for icons & Dashboards
Just a minor request - When going on a report, sheet, etc. to have a tooltip when you hover over the icon next to the title to let people know what kind of information they're looking at. Sometimes people forget or don't know if they're looking at a report or a sheet so I think having this little tooltip to help peopleβ¦
Reports available in table view?
When will reports be available in table view? I absolutely love the new platform but I am severely limited in its use as we rely so heavily on reports for our projects.
Hide Rarely Used Workspaces!
I know this is not a 'new' idea as many have already complained about this, but please allow us to hide Workspaces that are rarely used. I am the company Admin and have set up a ton of Workspaces for others (before the User Subscription Model forced everyone to have a license) and now that I can't add a sheet to 'Myβ¦
Bulk Delete Projects in Resource Manager
Bulk delete projects that are archived or not archived. We had an issue where your API automation was creating projects from Smartsheets and it was creating duplicates, i was unable to bulk delete projects. The only thing i could do was mass archive them, now i have tons of archived projects i need to mass delete.
