Manage System Admin Membership through the True Up screen
Every other member type is managed through the True Up screen in the user subscription model. System admins should be no different, and once the old licensing model is fully decommissioned across all Smartsheet contracts, there won't be a need for the manual toggle. Ability to lock a user into an assigned "user type" within the new user subscription model
As an organization with an enterprise account over 30,000+ employees system admins need to have the final say if a user should be considered a paid member OR a viewer (free). I understand that we can do this review during the true up period but with that many users its a maintenance nightmare when users who are NOT aβ¦

DELETE OTHER PLANS FROM THE PLAN INFO
PLEASE THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE CUSTOMERS In the Personal Setting, Plan Info Smartsheet is not able to delete the accounts listed on this tab and it is a security breach as it gives information of who the system administrator of the account is. Separate Text/Number Column Type
As the owner of a data sheet, my data cleansing would be significantly reduced if the column property could be set as a text only or a number only. When I have a column in which I would like a number to be added, some people put "TBD" which messes up my connected dashboarding calculations. Can we please have the option toβ¦

Remove Resource Management Icon for all users when there is no subscription

Need additional columns in Workspace

Enable Single Line Breaks in Dashboard's Rich Text Widget
Unless I'm mistaken, I am only able to make full paragraph line breaks in the Rich Text Widget. I've tried Shift, Ctrl and Alt along with Enter (Ctrl and Alt don't create any line breaks).
