Numerical Sorting
Smartsheet does not sort properly by numbers when you get above 9. Currently, it'll sort 1, 10, 11, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 rather than 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and the only way to fix it right now is by adding a character in front of the ones below 10.

I would like the ability to add hyperlinks in an automated workflow message instead of copying/pasting links.Β

Workflows: Export Functionality
Currently, no way to export out or download workflows. As result, I had to create a workflow log by department and action. This allows my team to see the entire work flows and filter as needed. Being able to export out would be super helpful. Ty!!!

List of automation workflows
Having a list of all the automation worflows on all the sheets, or all the automation someone's name is on could be useful for maintenance. If some employee change responsability, it would be nice to easily find all the automatic workflow that they are involved in.

Make Smartsheet Hyperlinks Work in WorkApps
If you have a hyperlink to a Smartsheet item, it does not open from WorkApps. This is super frustration and doesn't make sense. Please improve this functionality for WorkApps.

Option to Send Separate Email Notifications in Update Request Automation

Global Setting for Gantt Timescale: open to today's date
This setting "Open to today's date" should be global, so it is working for all persons who view the dashboard. If this setting is set, I see the Gantt in the dashboard on the actual date. If it is not set, I see the Gantt in the dashboard on the first date ever in the Gantt.

Swimlanes for Card View
Card View has limited capabilities. As various Agile frameworks grow it would be great to have teams or categories as swimlanes. This should allow X and Y axis coordination. Change "end date" based on status changes
When an end date is used in a dependency setting, you can't use automation or formulas to change it. However, this is when it is critical (pun fully intended)!
