Currently there is a limitation to save as new and/or copy only 100 files at a time. This means if you have a workspace with more then 100 files that need to interact with each other for the dashboards to remain intact, you can't do it. You would need to copy it in pieces and repick reports, data for widgets, etc.
With the recent release of the PMO Portfolio WorkApp it would be really beneficial to allow domain access like what is currently available in Dynamic View. With our portfolio app we want to create a generic role that has minimal access to the portfolio but can see basic information and submit new requests. Thanks Craig

We currently build a hyperlink to a prefilled form using a formula and the row ID. But the biggest limitation on this is they do not function in Dynamic View. The end user has to copy/past to get to the form.
Let us have a specific folder/workspace "Shared to me" where all items shared individually to us sit nicely together and not in between all the stuff in "Sheets". Somtimes unsers having access to workspaces with one version of a sheet and having another version in their "Sheets" folder mix it all up.

It would be super helpful to allow users to sort a sheet without applying the sort to all individuals actively viewing the sheet. We have many shared sheets that are worked on in parallel, and when one person sorts it affects the other person's work.
