More RM functionality should be available for synced parent-row tasks in Smartsheet
For example, the allocation %. We know that dates cannot be changed for obvious reasons, but there is no reason we can't modify allocation % since it is not bound by any other data in the project plan. Another would be Status, should that ever become a synced field between RM and Smartsheet.
