Better filtering options on columns with Date format
Would like to be able to filter a date column without having to set two conditions for less than and greater than. For example, just show me all rows from "January" instead of setting a greater than 12/31 and less than 2/1. Most of my sheets are limited to the current year, so year is not usually a factor for me.

Notification when Email from a Sheet is Returned Undeliverable
If an email bounces back to Smartsheet, we don't know. We're assuming that emails from a sheet automation are arriving where intended. If not, we have no way of knowing. I'm proposing that Smartsheet notify us that an email was undeliverable.
