User Management - Custom Job Categories
Allow entry of custom job categories. Add new fields to capture a user's business unit and department. These fields should also be included in all user reports. This functionality would be helpful for businesses that cross charge business units and depts for licenses and usage.Β

Dashboard and sheet chart graphics for ADA / color blind
I would like to have options other than color for reports/graphs that show texture on charts instead of color. This would help those who are color-blind read the data in a better format.

Conditional formatting based on attachments, comments, un/locked status, etc.
Hi Smartsheet, I'd like to see the ability to create conditional formatting based on if a row has attachments, comments, is un/locked status, etc. These features are in the "side margin" on the left hand side. ie. Mark a Notification as "Unread"
I would love the capability to "unread" a notification so I can leave it as a reminder that something still requires action on my end.

Hide empty cells or columns during print or save as PDF!!!
I have a sheet that has 100 columns that are filled out from a form. Most of the time people only need to complete 20 of the questions from the form. The problem is when I want to print the row that has collected the data from the form or save the row as a PDF to use somewhere else Smartsheet will print out every singleβ¦

Hide Attachments and Comments on Reports within WorksApps

I have hidden the Attachments and Comments Column on the Reports and saved them as View Only within WorkApps. Admin Control: Turn on / off banner messages from Smartsheet
The recent SSO banner message has raised more questions / chaos for our company than it helped. Other banners also cause confusion. We should have an admin control to turn these on / off globally. A nice to have is a switch by message where we could turn on/off.

Forms: Contact List Default Setting Current User
When adding a contact list field to a form. I have noticed the need for an option of current user as a default setting. Some forms are repetitive and require an email often times that of the user filling out the form. This would greatly enhance the form experience and optimize user time.
