Owner/Admin Report - Last Opened
It would be helpful, as an admin or owner of a workspace, to be able to run a report that shows when sheets/reports/dashboards, in my workspace, have last been accessed. This might allow me to see things that need to be deleted/archived. I can go in item by item, but this is VERY time consuming. I can get a sharing reportβ¦

Multiple dates in calendar view
Hello, It would be great if when I have a few columns in one row with different dates, that I could see each row's date in calendar view. I often have a photo shoot project with multiple shoot days that are not consecutive and I can't see each one without creating a new row for each date.

Searching for specific automations
I have so many automations and when I need to find one to edit, duplicate, run, etc., with the existing filters (alphabetically, creation date, last refined date, etc) I still waste a lot of time finding what I need; I often don't know when I created an automation or last updated it, or what first word I used to sortβ¦

Maps
Please consider building mapping tools. For example, it would be nice to be able to generate a simple map showing the location of facilities we service across the states in our region. That map could be displayed on the company dashboard. More complex mapping features would be useful to incorporate with scheduling clinicβ¦

Need Both OR and AND Options for a Filter
When setting up a filter for a worksheet, it would be better to be able to select OR/AND for each line. Currently, only having the options of either 'All conditions' or 'At least one condition' isn't sufficient for a filter. For example, if you want to filter to see rows assigned to Jane Doe and a visit date in the futureβ¦

Lock / Unlock Rows Through Global Update
I have a locked row on a sheet within a blueprint in Control Center.Β I need to have it unlocked.Β More than 100 sheets are impacted.Β Was hoping to do this through Global Update but not finding a clear path to do it. Can this be considered for Global Update improvements?

Add Note Section for Bridge Workflows
Since bridge workflows are usually highly customized, especially when using JavaScript, it would be very helpful to have a "Note section" for workflows. For example if I leave the company, it would be nice for me to put notes on how a workflow functions for the next person. This could save a lot of time for transitions.

The Approval Request feature (Approval Requests | Smartsheet Learning Center) is lacking some of the functionality of the Update Request feature (Update Requests | Smartsheet Learning Center). I want to edit or delete an Approval Request that is pending on the row, the same way I can edit or delete a pending Updateβ¦
