It would be ideal to have the ability to setup multiple views when working with several organizations /departments. We have a sheet that has 5 different organizations that will need to edit a task list and gant chart and would love the ability to have each org only be able to see their column and not all of the columns.
It would be nice to have an option to customize the invitation sent to new users to join your Smartsheet account. Customization may include quick summary of what is the Sign In process if using SAML or password. It may also include WorkApps Sign in.

When going through iterations of a form/document, there are times where the version does not jump immediately from 1 to 2. when adding metric widgets to a dashboard it is currently very difficult to separate different pcs of information. A simple change for this would be to give the option for background colors and borders on the widgets (this can be extended to other widgets as well)
It would be great to be able to submit timesheets from the Resource Management Mobile Site. The app becomes relatively redundant if users still have to use the desktop app for the main purpose they use the application.

We have people submit multiple documents with each transmission. It would be nice to be able to select multiple attachments and immediately combine them into one PDF. If the attachments are Word docs, they should automatically convert into the PDF file. It would make workflow much quicker.
It helps if the system allows admins to look up some sort of log file upon uploading users vis CSV. Currently it shows a banner says xyz number uploaded.
