Assignee (Contact) Swim Lanes in a Report in Card View
Currently there is no way to have swim lanes (horizontal axis) in Card View in Reports while in Card View. This is possible in Jira, but not in Smartsheet. You can only have your Card View by a Contact column, drop-down, etc. Let's get this feature / view in Smartsheet.

VLOOKUP - bring back image in a cell.

Admin Center User Management
Currently the only way to access User lists are to export them into excel. Create a way so these reports can be viewed in a sheet for easy analysis. Use case is we would split costs for licensed users to their home cost centers. Now it's a manual process in excel rather than one in Smartsheet.
