Create Differentiation between the dark background color of a dashboard and the scroll bar
Shared a dashboard with someone. The dashboard had the dark background theme and because the vertical scroll bar is a similar color, they weren't able to scroll down (they don't use a dedicated mouse with a scroll bar). Would be helpful to make the scroll bar more obvious on the dark themes
