We would love the ability to rotate proofs inside Smartsheet. Currently we have to do extra things outside the system to get this functionality. We use proofs to approve artwork on packaging which has both right-side up and upside-down pieces.
Despite there are links in the sheet whenever the PDF is created the link is translated into simple text.
It's very easy to insert photo into sheet cell. You can also easily copy and paste photos to cells from the clipboard. However it does not work in reports - the only thing that can be done is copying and pasting the photos from the same report.

Enhance Sort by feature with more criteria than just: First name, Last name, Role, Display and Availability. Nice additions would be Location and custom criteria so you can cluster the results in your view while still being able to see all results.
Hello, I am not thrilled with thew new home screen layout. Mainly because the feature of right clicking on a sheet/project will not allow you to open in a new tab/window. I like to keep the home screen open so I can access other sheets and opening them in a new tab.

Would love to have the ability to Alpha or Numeric order my Data Shuttle Offload List so then when I go to do my Upload file, the new list has been Alphabetized or put in Numerical order. This way when my end user sees their dropdown list, it's easy to read or lookup values.
My team noticed in a recent update that a side panel automatically opens up any time a smartsheet item is opened from a shared workspace.
