Unlimited Workflows per Sheet
I recently ran into an issue with trying to use smartsheet for inventory but I have hundreds of possible locations that involve different levels of specificity. When trying to have locations populate the location specifiers, I found out that I ran out of workflows at 150! Would be nice to unrestrict that function.

Calendar View for Contacts Across All Projects
We are a general contractor and use Smartsheets to layout timelines for multiple renovations. We use many of the same subcontractors (Contacts) in almost every job. It would be useful if we could view each subcontractor's schedule across all projects to help avoid double-booking.

WIP Limit
Smartsheet does not have the ability to set a WIP limit for sheets. This is something most Project Managers, especially in IT, use for work tickets/tracking. Please add this feature to Smartsheet. Bench rate of non-utilized resources
I had to export out of the system by month the utilization and calculate the cost of unused resources "bench cost" outside of smartsheet. Could give an example of the report but would love to have this within the application

Updating Bill Rates for the Organization and then updating Project back to default bill rates
If bill rates are updated at the organizational level Smartsheet should allow the project to "restore to default rate" so we don't have to update each resource and bill rate manually if we have to update bill rates.
