Use Reports to create graphs on Dashboards
I think with the extreme power of reporting on smartsheets and being able to get all the data you want in one place from multiple sheets, you should be able to link the report to create a graph rather just embedding the report into your dashboard. You can do both the report embedded but create a graph with the data as well.

Smartsheet University
Allow people to bookmark trainings/classes they would like to take in the future. From what I can tell, there is no way to save classes you want to take later. Then if I cannot take the class at that time, you need to find it again later.

merging forms
Smartsheet should have the ability to merge forms if there are multiple forms created. generate the merge by pulling from a common column or variable name from both forms. I have a summary page that pulls in key dates from other sheets. I set up automated workflows based on those date fields, and found that they don't run (I assume they don't recognize the data in the date fields). This feature would be extremely useful for me. [QOL] Save Unfinished WorkFlows
**QOL (QUALITY OF LIFE) REQUEST** I'd like to suggest the ability for users to be able to Save Unfinished Workflows, as "DEACTIVATED," so we can save our progress, when attempting to innovate with longer/more complex ideas. Sometimes, it's nice to be able to save things and come back to them later, with a fresh mind.
