Need Both OR and AND Options for a Filter

MM/DD/YYYY Date Format

capture name of cell modifier in a cell
When a cell value changes, capture the contact name of who modified the cell value. This would be much similar to the record a date when cell value changes automation.

More Sort Levels
Please add the ability to use more sort levels when sorting sheets and reports. It's pretty easy to run up against the limit of only being able to sort by 3 columns. Ability to change default background color and background color in sheets
I think the ability to change the background color in smartsheet would be very beneficial in helping avoid eye strain.
