Currently the JIRA workflows are tagged to a particular user. This creates sticky dependency on the user to run the workflows. Workflows must be shareable. We should be able to copy them and can be run by anyone having the access to them.
Please add the ability to modify OneDrive links. Right now you select a file but there are no options about what type of link is being used for the shortcut. It would be nice to have access to the OneDrive Sharing Settings so you could choose who the link is available to and whether it is Edit or View Only. Thanks
When a new user is auto-provisioned into our account, they should be granted access to all premium apps currently available within the account. With so many users, it's a lot of work to enable the premium apps for all new users.

In an active dashboard, if you need to remove a widget that is no longer needed, it would be handy to have a pop-up which could ask if you want the widgets below to be moved up. The cut and paste could be a bit better too. :-)
