Until an update, access to Smartsheet in Teams was controlled by adding a tab linked to Smartsheet. Now, the only way I can create "View" access is by linking to a Web URL. When a sheet is published, I'd like to be able to control access in Smartsheet only Thank you.

If a person who owns these files is on PTO or unexpectedly OOO, there is no way to do updates if needed. Please allow for this update.
OneDrive uploads on a schedule do not work unless a file is updated in OneDrive as it looks for the ID and not the file name. Give the option to use a file name and not the ID. Google Drive does not have this issue.
Smartsheet poses a critical security risk when sharing across organizations. As the user profile is the anchor for their sheets, and not the organization. Users that have access to more than one organization can easily share data across organizations and by-pass company security and data sharing policies.
Opening the “open request” to see all the fields is “ok” (less than desirable), but they need to allow the “open request” to be clicked and opened unlimited times until a “submit” button is clicked. Currently the Arabic language does not work when generating documents which is not ideal for many Arabic based companies and users. I don't see why it isn't added already. As it is taking the format which is displayed on the cell.
It would be useful to be able to create a contact list for a specific sheet. This could then populate in the sheet when you create a contact column instead of needing to list contacts straight into the form to come up as a list. This would be useful when sharing a sheet (like a RACI) with someone else to populate.
