Ability to add a header as part of our branding
We need to add a standardized banner-like message to all of our Smartsheets. Similar to how our logo is set up. Between the logo on the left side and the Search field on the right, I need to add a standard message. Would be nice if that space could be made customizable for additional branding requirements (see image below)

Reference Sharing
If I already created a reference in once sheet in a workspace, it should be possible to share that created reference with all sheets in the same workspace.

URLs
It would be great to be able to edit urls for Dashboards/Forms etc. When sending out the link I will hyperlink a "X Dashboard" or "X Form", but it would be nice to be able to easily identify that I've copied the correct url.. Also, a short url would be great!

There currently isn't a way to keep the format from other apps in Smartsheet. As a workaround, I paste data as plain text, using Ctrl+Shift+V or right clicking and choosing "Paste as plain text". Ability to Remove Date in Calendar App Tiles
In the Calendar App, the last line of text in each of the tiles is the date range for that calendar task. It would be nice to have the option to not display this date range since the tile is in a Calendar view already which makes it very easy to see the scheduled date for each tile.
