Provide API Access to Upgrade or Downgrade Users under User Subscription Model (USM)
We recently switched over to using USM for license management. This broke our automated scripts that gave users a license. We have a number of non-member employees who we cannot automatically update via the API. Ability to remove a column formula from individual cells for manual updates
Adding a column formula is convenient, but there are times when the formula doesn't apply to everything listed on the sheet. It would be nice to be able to remove the formula just for that cell so it can be manually updated.

Spam on Publicly-Shared Forms
I would like to see options to handle the spam that affects publicly-shared forms. It would help if we were able to mark a submission as "Spam", so Smartsheet would restrict the user from submitting new requests in a form in the future.

Data Shuttle -> Run Options based on Sheet Changes
It would be fantastic and a big save on computing power if there was an option for Data Shuttle - Run Options to be scheduled "Anytime changes are made to a smartsheet."
