Automate Group membership management
Idea is to automate group management based on some users' information like: email domain Licensed/unlicensed Active/Inactive User description or attribute that can be used to enter text to be used as filter And also schedule report to send group membership to group owner.

Allow option to keep Approved by for Proofers

Attachment file size value per sheet
Our company is currently on the Business Plan, and as such are limited to 1TB file storage. BTW - We're keen to remain on Business, and not upgrade to Enterprise. Increase Image Export Capacity Beyond 100 Rows

Report: Right-Click Header, "Group by this Column" and "Summarize this Column"
In Reports, It would be GREAT to be able to right click on a column header and add that column as a group or a summary. The options would be: 1. Group by this Column 2. Summarize this Column And then when you go to the GROUP or SUMMARIES menu, you can then select how you want it summarized or grouped.

Have a group become the owner of a workspace or sheet
ISSUE 1- System currently only allows a single account as the owner of any item in Smartsheet. 2- This prevents a team, multiple users to have visibility of anything in a shared workspace (i.e. Sales, Logistics, Ops, IT, HR, etc.) needed for general collaboration. Private workspace can be owned by a single individual.β¦

transfer license and content
Right now as an admin, whenever I am removing a license from one individual (and I have used all my available licenses), I have to transfer ownership of content to myself, deactivate a license, activate a new one, and then transfer ownership of that content from me to the new license holder.
