Add a global update to update project plans with new rows and comments within Control Center so that all plans have the necessary steps needed for full implementations.
We would like to be able to order the blueprints based on our own priority list and not the creation date.
As an admin, when I'm testing out new workflows or other things within RM or Smartsheet, I want to know exactly what users will experience with different permissions and access levels. Column descriptions from sheets should also be visible on all reports using that column. It is important information for anyone using a report, just as it is for those viewing a sheet. Thank you
The situation is if a row is copied from one sheet to another, the Auto Number unique row ID coming from the source sheet will keep the same auto number on the target sheet. This results in duplicate Auto Numbers potentially, which causes duplicates in what should a column with unique values.
Please add Pivot Table functionality to the basic Smartsheet plan. Smartsheet is marketed as a smarter spreadsheet but lacks the basic functionality that comes with Excel and Google Sheets. It's difficult to transition at an enterprise level when essential tools are add-ons with extra fees for use.
It would be ideal to have the ability to setup multiple views when working with several organizations /departments. We have a sheet that has 5 different organizations that will need to edit a task list and gant chart and would love the ability to have each org only be able to see their column and not all of the columns.
Would love to be able to send an email directly to a sheet without using the Outlook Smartsheet plug in. This would enable an outlook rule to automatically send regular emails, such as a daily .csv report from Salesforce, directly to a sheet that would in turn trigger datashuttle.
My users desperately miss the filter columns functionality in reports. We would love to be able to use filtering in reports just like you can filter a sheet. Indepentendly from the report filters appplied by the owner of the report, any user should be able to filter columns in the report later on for themselves.

In an active dashboard, if you need to remove a widget that is no longer needed, it would be handy to have a pop-up which could ask if you want the widgets below to be moved up. The cut and paste could be a bit better too. :-)
