Restore "Sign in with your company account" to the default welcome page
We are in the age of Single Sign-on. SAML should be upfront and centered on the default welcome page. Would "Sign in with your company account" be presented if Google, Microsoft, and Apple were disabled?

Bi-Directional Cell Links

Conditional Formatting / By User
Adding my thoughts here on Conditional Formatting. Not everyone likes to see "color coding"/conditional formatting on sheets. It would be a great feature to have Conditional Formatting settings by user just like filters. If I set it up only I can see it unless I check the box "Share Conditional Formatting".

Auto Sort Filtered Sheet
Create method to auto sort a filtered sheet. If date is selected for sorting and Status field is filtered to Open. Current method is to turn filter off, select date field, select sort, select OK, change filter back to Open. I would like an automatic sort/workflow to accomplish this.

More colors, at all costs.
Please give us the ability to call more colors even if we have to go grab hex codes from somewhere outside the smar system and manually type them into a box to display them. 40 colors, especially the ones that exist in smar, so remarkably limiting and make the sheets look horrendous. Use a URL shortener service to shorten a URL in a cell
It would be SO amazing to have the ability to choose a cell in my sheet that contains a URL and have Smartsheet create a shortened URL for me.
