Multi Select Filter Criteria
The ability to multiselect filter criteria so that you can delete multiple simultaneously. I've had enough instances of needing to delete multiple filter criteria. It shouldn't be that difficult to implement and would reduce time to delete many filters significantly.
Rich text format on Form input
I would like to have an option to format/edit text (such as bullets, bold, italics, hyperlinks) when typing into a smartsheet form? All inputs collected on this form goes directly on Dashboard, and we have so many format inside.
Search sheets fuction to recognise sheet IDs
Allow the search function to look for Sheet IDs aswell as Sheet Names.
Smartsheet Layout: more like a form or document
Attached is a sample of what my co-workers and I would prefer over the current line by line layout (grid view.) I have looked at the card view and it is way too much at a time. Please review the pdf and see if there is a way to apply so we can be more productive.
"Assigned to" column - restrict to list values only
Allow a group name to be used in the "Add contacts" field so that only valid contacts from that group can be used in task assignments, but it can be done very quickly instead of manually entering every email address
Text Wrap in Report
The problem lies in the way text is displayed in the report. When you utilize the report in any dashboard, it doesn't allow text wrapping, causing long text to be cut off. Ideally, there should be a text wrapping feature, or you should be able to hover over the text to view the full statement.
Time Zones
SmartSheet does not have the capability to reforecast or time zone issues.
Total Float Function: work with multiple predecessors
Enable Total Float to work with multiple predecessors. Currently, Total Float will only calculate correctly when there is a single predecessor for an activity.
Add function to retrieve values from cell for a multi-select column
Like the COUNTM which gives the count of values in a multi-select cell, it would be great if there is any function or combination of functions that can provide an array/list of values from a cell so that any particular value can be compared/matched/processed.
Jump to column feature
One of my biggest pet peeves is when a Smartsheet is set up with the first row as column names so that you can control + F column name. Without it is a nightmare of sorting through all the different columns trying to find a specific column looking for, so I get it, but I just donβt like it. Fix it, please Smartsheet. Iβmβ¦
