Conditional Formatting / By User
Adding my thoughts here on Conditional Formatting. Not everyone likes to see "color coding"/conditional formatting on sheets. It would be a great feature to have Conditional Formatting settings by user just like filters. If I set it up only I can see it unless I check the box "Share Conditional Formatting".

More colors, at all costs.
Please give us the ability to call more colors even if we have to go grab hex codes from somewhere outside the smar system and manually type them into a box to display them. 40 colors, especially the ones that exist in smar, so remarkably limiting and make the sheets look horrendous. Copy automations across sheets
It seems incredibly bizarre that automations cannot be copied across sheets - this is a huge pain at the enterprise level where permissions are sectioned by sheet ((i.e. Markets) but automations are needed for the global team. Creating every automation is a massive issue.

Use a URL shortener service to shorten a URL in a cell
