At some point this very helpful help feature was removed from smartsheet. I used it all the time and it was great. Now I have to go back to the old help method of searching for a topic and if I don't get the wording exactly right I have to sift through volumes of articles.

I would like the ability as an admin to see which of my licensed users have registered for a Smartsheet University course and track progress. Would be great to know who has completed the courses as assigned, and who has not without requiring them to submit their badge.
