Save / Print Dashboards as PDF or PPT.

The dashboards are fantastic, I love how smooth and crisp they look. I love the meaningful information that you can display very cleanly on dashboards. It would be great it we could save them as pdf files. This would make it easy to keep track of data over time, (ie you can view snapshots of the data at different points in time), but it would also be useful to share when you need to say print something out for a meeting, or include the metrics, information, etc in a larger powerpoint, without having to recreate all the same data or charts in powerpoint.

I'm not sure how feasible this would be from a technical standpoint, but myself and others at our company have expressed this same wish for dashboards.

Hi @Angelina, have you tried printing to a PDF?

From a dashboard, open the File menu > Print… > For printer, select Save as PDF

I find printing in Portrait orientation best for standard-width dashboards, while Landscape works better for the new widened canvas dashboards.

For adding certain charts or parts of a dashboard to a PPT deck, we take screenshots using the snipping tool, lightshot, etc.

I'm curious if you have a different use case that would require different functionality! The challenge we sometimes run into is dashboard text being very small on PDFs.
