How do I resort my smartsheet based on categories listed?
Is there a way that I can create my smart sheet to sort based on the categories listed in this order? For example, I have a Column dropdown select with the following categories and would like for my smart sheet to appear in this order.
- New Business
- Claims
- Customer Service
- Integration
- AccrueHealth
- Corporate
- Pharmacy

Have you tried using a report to sort the sheet? Reports are the sheet data, maintain editability but allow you to apply sorts that apply every time you open the report, instead of having to re-sort your sheet each time.
