After 5 years of using Smartsheet and loving it, it just occurred to me to ask an honest question for an honest answer.
As an entry level user, which is paid service, why am I required to upgrade to another level in order to brand my Smartsheet? I mean the same as the higher level users, I am paying a premium, I'm not on a free or testing package?
With all due respect to the policies in place, shouldn't any premium paying user be treated with the same respect regardless of the premium amount or user level?
The fact that the next level gives 100+ sheets, which my organisation can never use, does not make business sense for us to upgrade merely for branding.
If it is a costly matter for Smartsheet to allow branding, why not just cell branding as an add-on?
The above in not a demand but a question which can be viewed as enhancement suggestion.
I'm posting it here rather than in the enhancement section in order to hear what other users think or maybe they can explain to me why the branding is restricted to higher level users?
