Dynamic view Admin has not transfer the access/ownership.

Dynamic view admin has not transfer the access/ownership, now he is no longer with company, and we are not able to use Dynamic view as all rights are which him and sittings option is also not available. who can help us to resolve it. So, that we dont required to create new Dynamic view.
