I see we have a new section in the Account Admin screen called "License Request Management".  While this is great, I do not see a way to decline, or remove one of the items.  Sometime a request for a License is declined, yet Smartsheet notifications continue to remind me how many days the request has been active, but again, I see no way to tell the system that this request, for this user, has been declined and to remove it.  Thoughts?

I concur with the documented challenges in using this new functionality.  Without being able to respond with conditions or denials this is not beneficial in our current workflow.  The enhancements requested are spot on. 

Currently when I get a request I send the following email back requesting approval from the requestor's supervisor.
