So you see real time what someone else is doing, instead of save/refresh all the time.

I can not believe this will not slow the system response down, perhaps considerably.

Perhaps someone from Smartsheet can tell me I'm wrong.

In our opinion, true concurrency (as seen in Google Docs and Microsoft Office 365) is something that should definately be on Smartsheet's radar. SS exists as a collaboration platform, and true concurrency should be part of it and on the roadmap. Easy for me to say, but there's no denying that the competition is already at that stage.

I'd love to hear from the SS brass on this topic!
