Attaching Forms to a Row

I am needing to keep a copy of the form after my employees submit them. Is there a way that the form can be attached to the row once it has been submitted? What about being able to print a copy of the form once it is submitted?

    Hi Cerelia,

    There are several ways to do this and what works best depends on your specific use case.

    1. Print the row
    2. Create a document with the information by using Smartsheet Merge, DocuSign or some other solution.
    3. Have a notification trigger when there are new form entries and print or add that to the row.
