Automatic "Cell linking"

*What would be the best way to create a permanent link between cells.

What I want is that if the user knows one of the bits of information, i.e. "WXP" that the other 3 cells get filled in automatically.

We basically develop real estate and the project might start out known as the "Nome project" and gets assigned a Project Number.

I want a way to "link" up all four of these bits of project info so they're always stay together.

Is this possible without a third-party app?

Would you want all values to link up regardless of which value is filled in first?

Yes I would like to have them linked up regardless of which value was filled in first.

The problem would be that as soon as you add value, it would replace the formula in that field.

Would it work for your use case?

Where would the "Master" data be? In another sheet?
