Automatic email after sending a form

Hello all

 

Is there a way to send an email to a particular person after a user completed filling a form.

I am trying to put in place a form for requesting extra hours and need to have a notification sent to me for validation

    You can set up an Notification to notify you when anything or something specific changes of if you want to send someone else an email you can only do that if the sheet is shared with that person.

    Hello Noham,

    One way that you can link your SmartSheet account to your email is through a third party integration platform. One such platform is Azuqua, for whom I work. With the service provided by our company, users can easily link SmartSheet to Gmail or Office 365 Mail. Azuqua can monitor a Smartsheet for new data from a form and then trigger an e-mail notification. Azuqua has plenty of functions that users can access which will manipulate and/or organize the data and then transfer the information to other applications to store as well.
