Best way to manage an iterative process in Smartsheet

We are planning to implement a book publishing project in Smartsheet. At one point in this project, the pages of the book go back and forth between the writer, editor and compositor till it gets finally approved with no further changes being required. The number of times this cycle repeats itself is unknown, however there is a clear deadline by which to complete the final version of the pages. What is the best way to handle this in a Smartsheet project plan?
