Can I create a If Then statement using a date in smart sheet?

I am trying to get a summary of duration for a particular resource within a particular month in smartsheet. This is unfortunately so that I can then input the hours into a custom ERP that lacks any intuitiveness. How could I do this?

Here is an example

Resource .  Duration . Start Dates, End Dates

LD              2 days .   8/29         8/30

AD              1 day       8/29        8/29

LD               2 days .    8/31 .     9/1

AD .            0.5 days     9/1 .    9/1

Total August Days for LD: 3

Total September Days for LD: 1

Total August Days for AD: 1

Total September Days for AD: 0.5

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

The conditional logic needed for this would be more complex than can be provided in the community. I've forwarded your inquiry on to our Sales team, as they can work with you to better understand your need and the systems you're working with, and provide you with a great solution. They'll reach out to you directly via email.

We also have a great consulting team that can work with you on improving your workflow: https://www.smartsheet.com/custom-consulting

I can do (and have done) this (or something pretty close). I'd need access to the sheet(s) and a few hours.

    I'm assuming:

    1. Resource is either a Contact List or Drop down type column

    2. The resource is fully booked for durations and dates (ie allocation=100%)

    3. There is only a handful of resources (the number doesn't matter except for where to put it)

    4. You either want

    a) to show current year

    or

    b) to show last 12 months

    or

    c) show some definable date set (it can be moving like -9 months to +3 months)

    5. One sheet will be done by me and the formulas copied to other sheets by you.

If you are interested, contact me or Richard at richardr@smarterbusinessprocesses.com.

    Hi Kewitsee

Craig has a small window of time this week to do this as paid for work if you wish, just email me to set that up.

    Regards
