Convert Form to PDF

Hi,

I would like to be able to convert a completed Smartsheet form into a PDF document, either prior to submitting the form, or from the entry in the worksheet once the form has been submitted. Is there any functionality within Smartsheet that will allow me to do that?

Hi,

Yes, there is. There are a few different ways to do this. You could use the Google Docs integration ”Smartsheet Merge” or the DocuSign integration.

Edit: two more options.

Select the specific row in Smartsheet and select Print and save it as a PDF.
Have a notification set up and then save that email as a PDF.

Would any of those options work?
